Our Mission
Our Story
Tom and I have been organic gardeners together for 40 years and continue to accomplish Our Mission. I was first introduced to organic gardening when I stepped foot onto his flourishing vibrant field of produce that has only enlarged from year to year, containing enough vegetables to share with any friend who desired a taste. Rather than just receiving their produce, those friends dedicated time to help in the garden alongside us, resulting in incredibly strong bonds of friendship. Shortly after we were married, we built a chicken pen and stocked it to have our own eggs. The eggs were a delight to me, but the mean bossy roosters were not. Then, goats and sheep were added for the purpose of milk and meat. Again, friends stayed true to help build the barns, cook and process meat, and partake in the fellowship of sharing a meal. After six years, we bought a 100-year-old farmhouse on a few acres. We worked the land without the help of big equipment to create the same thing all over again - organic vegetables, farm fresh eggs, and delicious goat milk.
